About INNER BLUE
Founded in 2023, we are dedicated to providing professional, high-quality freediving instruction, while prioritizing each student’s learning experience. Our goal is to ensure that every student who comes to INNER BLUE can relax and enjoy the ocean, while learning how to freedive safely and joyfully.
INNER BLUE is located in Hengchun, Pingtung, which is Kenting National Park. This area enjoys spring-like weather year-round and boasts rich marine ecosystems and beautiful coral reefs, making it one of Taiwan’s most suitable places for freediving.

3-Day or 4-Day Course Options

We offer both 3-day and 4-day course options, allowing those with more flexible schedules who prefer a more relaxed pace to learn at a comfortable rhythm.
The 4-day course includes additional:
✔One open water session
✔️Post-course “Fun dive” (recreational diving + photo time)
Making freediving education even more enjoyable!
Students who sign up for the 3-day course can also choose to upgrade to the 4-day course by paying the difference!

The entire learning process was filled with laughter, pleasant and stress-free, yet despite such a relaxed and enjoyable class atmosphere, Yen-ting never forgot to remind us of the importance of safety awareness.
If you want to learn and enjoy freediving properly, and also want to learn more content beyond what certification agencies offer, I absolutely recommend Yen-ting. Even if you don’t want to, I would still recommend Yen-ting, because his teaching is just that engaging and fun.

During the teaching process, he patiently waits for everyone to adjust properly before moving to the next technique. He also cares about students’ diving conditions and dynamically adjusts methods accordingly.
Under Yen-ting’s instruction and guidance, you can learn to play safely in the ocean with peace of mind and without pressure, becoming aware of your body during diving, learning to enjoy the ocean, learning freediving, and falling in love with freediving. Yen-ting
In 2022, he left his tech industry job and traveled to Israel to train under the legendary freediving master Aharon Solomons for his instructor certification. In 2023, he became a full-time freediving instructor, continuing to promote learning freediving at the most comfortable pace and in the most natural way.
Passionate about sharing freediving knowledge, his teaching is enthusiastic and engaging while maintaining patience. Beyond freediving instruction, he continues to advance his own skills to provide students with the safest and most professional learning experience.
Freediving is a way of life. Through freediving, I practice self-awareness, learn to focus and practice mindfulness, and better understand my body and consciousness.
